Paulina Luo is a Latina comic artist and illustrator. Her work takes inspiration from 70s shojo manga artists such as Moto Hagio and Riyoko Ikeda. She primarily focuses on the hardships in relationships between individuals through fantasy. Her work has been featured at the MCAD's Made At MCAD gallery (2021), the Academic Galleries of the Twin Cities Form gallery (2019), and published in the MCAD's Comics! Comic! Comic Anthology Volume 1 Decadence (2019) & Volume 2 Home (2020). In her free time, she enjoys collecting rare manga and playing Stardew Valley.
